Corner Corridor Unit

I recently had this client whose house is facing a long corridor. In Geomancy term, it can be call " Ling Tang Wei" or "Sha Qi" dashing into the house. It is sometime not very favourable to have such unit if the owner is weak in health or weak in career climbing. My this owner never do such precaution at the door area, & that is why got some minor problem in his career movement.

A tree Outside your House.

This house is going to be history. Imagine if the door is facing such tree, that is like a knife facing the mouth of your house. Main door must have good moving Qi that flow into the house. Therefore, when buying a landed property, stand at the main entrance & look for any poison arrows.

A House Below Road Level - Bad

I bypassed this unit one day & saw something interesting. This house is below road level. Even Main door & gate. Isit a good feng shui house? I don't think so. When buying a house, road can never be above your house. Just imagine if there is a flood one day in this area, this house sure badly flooded with water. Also, road is for us to step on, rather than the road step onto us.

Substation is a "weapon".

I got a few cases that units very near to substation. Whenever we see a substation, we should stay away from this place or don't buy such place as it will produce some bad Qi to the surrounding enviroment. It is a negative impact for long run in term of health or your career.

Beware of T- Juction

I was walking down the road when i saw this unit facing directly a T-junction. Im a bit worry for this unit as if a fast moving car couldnt stop immediately & clash into this unit main gate. Imagine someone standing at the gate area at that moment. Therefore, when choosing a landed house, never get a killing weapon house. Stay away from such junction. It is very inauspicious to the household Qi.

Spiral Staircase As a Snake

It is not favourable to have a Spiral Staircase directly facing your unit.

Centipede or Snake Facing.

Pitch roof sometime being classified as a poison snake or a poison centipede if they're linked together. Facing such theory is not favourable for the owner.

"Water Theory"

LRT/MRT or Expressway or small road will cause the unbalancing of Qi to the surrounding residents.

Poison arrow pointing towards Main Door.

Sometimes due to building structure, there are poison arrows. Main entrance with such poison arrow may cause sickness, bad career luck , accident etc.

Cable Pole

House facing Cable Pole is harmful as it carries electric current. Practically, it will cause negative effect to people who is weak in health & career. Such pole can be classified as poison centipede.

Water Tank above your house.

Water Tank above your ceiling may be harmful to occupants, due to, WATER Qi is flowing downwards. Bazi with too many water element personal should avoid such rooms or houses.

Sharp Edges Facing Door Entrance.

Main Entrance facing a sharp corner acts as a knife. It is commonly seen in residential houses.

House facing Cross Box & a T - Junction

Facing a cross junction road in the frontage of your house together with a dashing road is unfavourable. If such theory appears in your main entrance, rectify such problem A.S.A.P, as it will cause major sicknesses, accident or even career problem to your family members.

• When getting a house, never consider getting such places with radiation . It not only causes mentally affecting humans' health, but also create bad feng shui for the house Qi.
